May Puppy Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• All customers who adopt a puppy from us between May 1, 2025 and May 31, 2025 will be automatically entered into the giveaway.
• Only one entry per puppy adopted. Multiple adoptions = multiple entries.
• Open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for their adopted puppy.
• Refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected and notified by June 5, 2025 via phone and/or email.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

• The giveaway is non-transferable and has no cash value outside of the refund.
• By participating, entrants agree to allow us to use their name, photo (if provided), and puppy’s photo for promotional purposes.

Disqualification:

• Any false information or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
• Cancelled or returned adoptions are not eligible for entry.
